Piloting Palm

Next up on my reading list is Piloting Palm: The Inside Story of Palm, Handspring and the Birth of the Billion Dollar Handheld Industry. I’m not sure what I expect to get out of this book, I’m going in pretty open minded and just looking for entertainment.

I don’t know a lot about the history, especially the early history, of Palm Computing. They certainly did jumpstart the hand held PDA market. While the jury is still out on how that whole industry segment will ultimately look, Palm was a key force in shaping where it is today.

I’ll let you know if I learn anything interesting.
